Voie des Plantagenêts
Le Mont-Saint-Michel, Angers, Montreuil-Bellay; Montreuil-Bellay, Aulnay de Saintonge
A route from Mont-St-Michel to the GR655/Tours route, via Fougères, Vitré, Segré, Angers and Doué has been created. This route joins the GR36 N of Thouars, and follows it via Parthenay and Niort to the GR655 near Aulnay.
A guide to the whole route is published by Rando Edns; route sheets for the 210km Maine-et-Loire section are available from the Anjou Amis de St Jacques; the GR36 section (190km from Thouars) is also described in the GR655 Tours-Mirambeau topoguide.
