Connects Nuremberg with Rothenburg-ob-der-Tauber via Heilsbronn; this was actually the first route in Germany to be created, in 1992. The Fränkische Albverein produce a guide, and there is some further info on the Fränkische St. Jakobus-Gesellschaft Würzburg site. See also Rosstal site
