Baltisch-Mitteldeutscher Jakobsweg
Rostock, Bad Wilsnack; Bad Wilsnack, Tangermünde
A route connecting Rostock on the Baltisch-Westfälischer Jakobsweg, via Kloster Tempzin and Bad Wilsnack, with Tangermünde on the Sachsen-Anhalt route.
There is a guide to the route as far as Perleberg on the website of the St. Jakobus-Gesellschaft Norddeutschland, and one to the route from Wilsnack to Tangermünde on the St Jakobusgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg website.
