Dolnośląska Droga św. Jakuba
Glogów, Jakubów, Chocianow, Luban; Scinawa, Lubin, Chocianow
The Dolnośląska Droga św. Jakuba/Niederschlesischer Jakobsweg or Via Silesiana runs through Lower Silesia, connecting Glogów and Jakubów with the Via Regia at Luban which it follows to Görlitz (see also map and description in German).
This forms part of the international Gniezno-Prague route; see also Wielkopolska Droga and Zittauer Jakobsweg.
There is a spur, the Miedziana Droga sw Jakuba, from Scinawa and Lubin.
