The Occitanie Amis de St-Jacques plan a route along the Garonne valley from Toulouse to St-Gaudens and the Chemin du Piémont at St-Bertrand-de-Comminges. There is a suggested route on the vppyr site.
The GR86 also links Toulouse with St-Bertrand, and it continues on to Bagnères-de-Luchon. It is planned that this will continue via the Hospice de France to Benasque and Roda de Isábena. See Voie du Piémont Sud Pyrénéen for a suggested route from Benasque to Jaca on the Camino Aragones.
