Jakobswege westlich der Oder
Frankfurt an der Oder, Berlin; Frankfurt an der Oder, Bernau
A joint Polish-German development. On the German side, two routes from the Polish border at Frankfurt-an-der-Oder have been opened: via Fürstenwalde to Berlin/Köpenick, and via Strausberg to Bernau. The latter should eventually be extended to the Berlin-Wilsnack route.
